Who will be the workforce that continuing to build the construction industry for building traditional housing in American. Less think out of the box for a hot minute. Are should we be the trailblazers force of Green Teachers in this constant transitional era. We must set and demand higher standards for our future Workforce because they have so much more talent and technology than ever before in the history of the world. They will be American Youngest, Greenest, Healthiest and Smartest Healthy Home Builders, Remodelers and Designers across the world.
As a Baby Boomer Healthy Home Builders and Remodeler for the last quarter of a century. I think it’s not only our job to mentor, guide and prepare Gen Z’s for a much different time in this global competitive economy, but it’s our responsibility to help them get there. From the start of kindergarten playing with building blocks and finger painting on walls, too designing and building Green Healthy Homes by their senior year. Now that’s a future work force!
